When I wanted to close the position, I couldn't, and ended up losing. They only compensated 30% of the loss shown in my video! Why not compensate based on the actual loss minus the price at which I intended to close the position? There's no fairness at all. The platform just tries to pay as little as possible to customers. Do I care about a few hundred dollars!? I just want a reasonable compensation plan.
