There was $4,010 in my account. I submitted a withdrawal request on December 17th, but customer service kept saying it was being processed. By January 2nd, they completely canceled my account and I couldn't even log into the user center. Out of the $4,010, $1,200 was my principal. TMGM is clearly committing fraud by not processing withdrawals.
