I watched helplessly as my position was forced to liquidate, unable to close any position whether in profit or loss. When I contacted customer service, they said it was my network issue and refused to provide a solution or compensation. From last week until now, this problem occurs whenever I have multiple positions open. They clearly know there's something wrong with their software, but they still make excuses saying I didn't use MT4 to trade.
