我在2025年8月14号晚上10点入金3000人民币，用银联转的账，转账入金XM平台的订单号是79107275。同时转账入金的过程中，我还在附言那里也打上了订单号的数字。我的MT5交易账号是68736317，目前为止今天8月18号，入金的金额没到账，资金也没原路返还给我，这几天时间问了3次XM平台的客服，包括也发了邮件给客服，统一的回复就是耐心等待，问什么时候能处理好，客服也没一个确切时间的回复
