On March 14, I deposited a total of 3,500 yuan into the CPT platform. The account has never made a withdrawal. By March 27, the two accounts had a total profit of 2,923 yuan. Adding the principal, it came to a total of 6,423 US dollars. On March 27, the platform maliciously froze the accounts on the grounds that there were 1-minute orders, making it impossible to withdraw. After we provided transaction history to refute this, on April 1 they said we violated rules by trading during the morning session. May I ask, do you have rules stating that we cannot trade during the morning session, European session, or other times? I chose CPT because I valued its FCA regulation and the assurance of funds. Unexpectedly, it is just a market maker platform that wants to deduct your profits and prevent withdrawals, all depending on your mood. I want to ask, where is the FCA regulation? Are you regulated by the FCA? How is the safety of client funds guaranteed? When you lose money, you take it; when you make money, you casually cite a violation to freeze the account and prevent withdrawals. You even talk about deducting my principal. Quickly unfreeze the account and return my funds!!
