1. I placed the order at 1945.50 and it was sold at 1946.52. The slippage couldn't be 102 points before the data was released. Due to the delay in placing orders on the platform and the large number of slippages, my order was liquidated. Therefore, the platform required a refund of the principal of US$605 to compensate for the loss. A small portion of the market profit was multiplied by 5 lots about $3,1500. The total is $2105. 2. The platform did not handle the issue promptly. I sent an email last Friday and received a positive email reply this Thursday. Neither the broker nor the platform takes responsibility and refuses to handle it. In addition, the CPT broker blocked me and did not respond. 3. The platform maliciously deleted my account. I could not log in to the deposit and withdrawal system. And I still had 365.61 US dollars that I could not withdraw. 4. Now the broker and customer service phone numbers are unreachable.
