On the morning of December 2, 2024, I withdrew $5,196.77 from the Baili Hao Global platform to my China Construction Bank account. On the afternoon of December 2, 2024, I received 37,644 RMB transferred from Sun Ningjuan's account. However, on December 22, 2024, I received a call from the Anti-Fraud Center of the Hengshan Branch in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, informing me that the 37,644 RMB I received from Sun Ningjuan on December 2 was suspected fraud funds. My bank card was judicially frozen, and Sun Ningjuan was legally detained. The public security authorities requested that I return the full 37,644 RMB to the victim, Wang Yubing's account; otherwise, I would face criminal detention and fines. Fearing detention risks, I had no choice but to refund the 37,644 RMB. Could I simply have to bear these losses myself? I can accept investment losses on the platform, but I cannot accept that withdrawing my own funds through the platform's withdrawal channel would be implicated in suspected fraud. I request that Baili Hao Global compensate me for all my losses.
