Hello, I am a customer on the EC platform. On April 29, 2024, I took a short position on the GBP/JPY currency pair. My order was closed at a price that didn't exist in the market. The highest price for GBP/JPY that morning was 200.541, but my order was closed at 201.119, resulting in significant losses for me. I have been trying to communicate this issue with the platform, but they have been ignoring me and providing unreasonable explanations, claiming it was due to the platform's spread. Even if the spread was widened, it should still be within the range of the market prices. Until now, GBP/JPY has not reached the price of 200.541, which was the highest price on that day. The platform's spread is only 13 pips, so how could it widen to 578 pips? This explanation doesn't make sense. Even the account manager at the platform finds the company's leadership's explanation unreasonable and unacceptable. The account manager has escalated the issue to the higher-ups, but they have directly refused to address the matter. This behavior is irresponsible and lacks accountability. Even your own employees find it unacceptable. There is currently no leader from your company willing to face this issue. If it were under reasonable circumstances, I would accept the loss. However, the GBP/JPY price has never reached the level at which my order was closed. You closed my order at a virtual price that didn't exist. How can I accept this loss? I cannot accept it. Your behavior is no different from that of a fraudulent platform. It's like openly stealing money from your customers. You can manipulate prices and close customers' orders at will, and then the customers' money ends up in your platform's hands. Is there any room for reason? If there is, I hope everyone can come forward and resolve this matter.
