Normal procedure? Although I submitted different documents like bank statement, deposit statement, selfie with ID card, address certificate, etc, but it still can't work. Now I am required to provide tax bill and business statement. I have no idea about the normal procedure they were talking about. Where can I get the tax bill? Obviously, they were trying to curb my withdrawal. How dare they detained customers' money recklessly to stop them from withdrawing?

I deposit 5000 dollars to ZFX in October and it intentionally slips on the ground of a poor trading environment. I lost more than 1000 dollars to 3800+ dollars in less than one month. I cannot withdraw. The platform asks for a series of proof. It is just a ponzi scheme that induce people by more than 10% annual interest to deposit and deny their withdrawal.
