I applied for a withdrawal on June 29, and the money was deducted at 2:00 p.m. on the same day. I sent an email today to inquire about the situation. It was the second time since I had withdrawn the gold. I don’t care if there is any explanation. The email also added black fonts to remind me not to send emails multiple times. Really infuriating.
