Errante, a Seychelles-based brokerage entity, is facing serious trading allegations from users globally. Users claim to have earned profits legitimately using their strategies. However, on the Errante login dashboard, many users reported an automatic deduction of earned profits. At the same time, withdrawal issues allegedly haunt many traders here. While investigating, we also found complaints concerning trade order manipulations by the broker. In this Errante review, we have examined these allegations and given an overview of its regulatory status.
Errante, with an operational history of over five years, has been a multi-asset brokerage firm offering trading opportunities across forex, cryptocurrencies, metals, energies & commodities, shares and indices. Users can leverage trading platforms - MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader and TradingView.
The brokerage firm offers four trading accounts - Standard, Premium, VIP and Tailor Made - to align with specific user needs.
The table below highlights key details associated with each account.
| Account Type | Minimum Net Deposit Required | Minimum Spread | Maximum Leverage | Commission |
| Standard | $50 | 1.5 Pips | 1000:1 | Zero |
| Premium | $1000 | 1 Pip | 500:1 | Zero |
| VIP | $5000 | 0.8 Pips | 500:1 | Zero |
| Tailor Made | $15,000 | 0 Pips | Lower Leverages May Apply | Yes |
While the Standard account is affordable for everyone, other accounts require quite an amount before trading. On the other hand, spreads remain competitive for VIP and Tailor Made accounts; they are higher for Standard and Premium accounts. Barring the Tailor Made account, the leverages are high across others, reaching up to 1000:1. A high leverage can be both an account enhancer or breaker. While it helps traders amplify gains by acquiring a significantly larger position in exchange for a lower margin, it multiplies losses too in an adverse market scenario.
After Errante‘s product portfolio analysis, let’s check out what users are complaining about the broker.
A Vietnamese trader explained an alleged trading incident that sparked doubts over the way Errante manages its clients withdrawal requests. According to the user, as clients earn profits, they immediately look to withdraw funds. However, the broker allegedly denies them, citing a trading rule violation by them. The trader reportedly faced this very issue and narrated the entire incident through words and screenshots in this negative Errante review.

A Japanese user claimed a frozen account incident when looking to withdraw profits from the Errante login dashboard. The trader reportedly received an email from the brokerage company, which claimed that the client used the same IP that was being used for multiple accounts. Terming this a violation, the brokerage firm allegedly revoked profits earned on the platform. In response, the trader claimed that none of his family members traded forex and expressed surprise over this email from the brokerage firm. Check out this Errante review for more details.

A trader from Hong Kong claimed that while users can deposit, they cannot withdraw from the Errante platform. Elaborating on the issue, the trader reportedly tried to withdraw using the TRC20 network. However, the platform allegedly rejected it and indicated that the trader uses the ERC20 network. The user subsequently linked this address only to face another withdrawal rejection. Upon an inquiry with the Errante customer support team, he was told to have used the BEP20 for depositing funds. However, the trader stated to have used the OKEx exchange for the deposit. Check out the complaint below to know more about the reported issue.

A trader alleged that after earning nearly USD 24,000 in profits on the Errante platform, the broker blocked all of his trading accounts, citing a system error, and refused to return the deposited principal. The user claimed to have been prevented from logging in to collect evidence, while his attempts to contact customer support and the company's Facebook and Instagram pages allegedly resulted in being blocked. The complaint further alleged that Errante forcibly closed the account while an open position remained in floating loss, restricting order closures for around 20 hours. According to the trader, similar system issues had occurred three times over two years, yet no lasting resolution was provided. The user reportedly seeks an independent third party to investigate the matter and resolve the dispute.

A user from France claimed to have traded oil, which led his account balance to soar to $9,008.76. As the user asked for a withdrawal, he was reportedly told to sign a document, which he admitted to having done. However, the user could withdraw just $2,509, leaving $6,669.25 withheld without a clear explanation. The complaint below sums up the users frustration.

A British user reportedly criticized the broker for its poor customer management service. The trader asked the broker officials multiple times if he was offered a deposit bonus. These officials reportedly said YES all the time. Based on their confirmation, the trader stated to have deposited funds. However, the trader allegedly discovered no bonuses. The user asked whether the broker would charge any withdrawal fee. The officials reportedly said no. However, the trader highlighted a 2% withdrawal fee in this Errante review.

The complaints against Errante sound very disturbing and require immediate attention from the broker. Wondering whether Errante is a regulated entity? Yes, it is licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC) and the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). While the CYSEC license is recognized globally, the offshore FSA regulation lessens the protection kitty for investors in the case of the brokers bankruptcy or business closure. Looking at the overall situation, the WikiFX team gave the trading enterprise a score of 6.91 out of 10.
Errante offers a broad range of tradable instruments, supports multiple trading platforms, and operates under regulatory licenses from CySEC and the Seychelles FSA. Its diverse account types and platform options may appeal to traders with different experience levels and capital requirements. However, prospective clients should also weigh the concerns raised by users before opening an account.
During our review, we found multiple complaints alleging profit deductions, frozen accounts, withdrawal difficulties, account suspensions, trading rule violation disputes, and customer support issues. These complaints represent the experiences reported by individual users and do not, on their own, establish wrongdoing by the broker. Nevertheless, the recurring nature of these allegations suggests that traders should exercise caution and thoroughly review the broker's trading terms, bonus policies, withdrawal procedures, and account conditions before depositing funds.
While Errante maintains recognized regulatory authorization through CySEC alongside offshore regulation under the Seychelles FSA, regulation alone does not eliminate the possibility of customer disputes. As with any brokerage, traders should conduct independent due diligence, start with a modest deposit if they choose to trade, retain records of all transactions and communications, and understand the broker's policies regarding withdrawals, trading rules, and account management.
Ultimately, whether Errante is the right broker depends on your trading needs and risk tolerance. Considering both its regulatory standing and the user complaints examined in this review can help traders make a more informed decision.
