Abstract:Moneta Global Financial Services LLC has received a Category 5 licence from the UAE Capital Market Authority, establishing a regulated structure for the company’s activities in the country.

Moneta Global Financial Services LLC, the UAE entity of Moneta Markets, has received a Category 5 licence from the United Arab Emirates Capital Market Authority.
The approval gives the company a locally regulated structure for its permitted activities in the UAE and follows its initial entry into the market in 2024.
A Category 5 licence has a more limited scope than a full brokerage authorization.
The UAE entity may carry out approved introductory and promotional activities, but it cannot hold client funds, execute trades or provide custody services locally.
Trading services connected to clients introduced through the UAE operation may therefore be provided by another licensed entity within the companys international structure.
Moneta Markets plans to expand its local staffing, compliance and governance functions following the approval.
The UAE entity will support the companys relationships with clients and business partners across the Middle East and North Africa. Its local team will also oversee activities conducted under the Category 5 licence and ensure they remain within the authorization granted by the regulator.
Moneta Markets entered the UAE market in 2024 through an arrangement with a locally regulated financial services company.
It later opened an office in Dubai and expanded its regional team. The new licence allows Moneta Global Financial Services LLC to conduct its own authorized activities under direct UAE regulatory oversight rather than relying solely on a third-party arrangement.
The approval forms part of a broader increase in Category 5 applications from international brokers seeking a regulated marketing and introduction presence in the UAE.

The visible fee in an MT4 white label proposal is rarely the real cost of operating it. For an existing broker, the decision is not simply whether an MT4 white label platform is “cheap” or “expensive.” The real question is whether the commercial model remains viable after integration, support, data, client migration, compliance, and exit costs are included. That is why an MT4 white label cost review should be built as a 24- to 36-month operating case. It should compare three credible choices: 1. Keep the present MT4 setup and improve its weakest controls. 2. Replace the MT4 white label provider but retain the client proposition. 3. Migrate selected clients or products to another platform while running MT4 in parallel. This guide explains how to build that case without relying on headline prices or generic vendor claims.

Withdrawal delays are precisely the complaint we keep receiving on WikIFX, a veteran in the forex regulation inquiry space. While some users receive withdrawal access initially and find rejections on their applications later, some fail to receive a single approval. Some delays usually result from genuine compliance requirements that brokers need to adhere to. However, in many cases, traders have accused the broker of repeated excuses as part of its alleged strategy to deny a seamless fund release. A pending withdrawal cannot be an outright indicator of fraudulent activity. Financial institutions, including forex brokerage entities, need to abide by the anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. However, as the monitoring process stretches beyond weeks or months, traders become frustrated and raise questions over the broker’s reliability.

While they claim profits on the dashboard, the same do not reach their trading accounts, resulting in many negative exfor reviews. In this article, we have examined user allegations concerning several issues, including this common profit withdrawal problem.
