A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, meticulously planned and traveled to Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer ZAIX claiming to be located at Unit A, 14/F., Two Chinachem Plaza, 135 Des Voeux Road, Central, Central, Hong Kong.

The field investigator successfully arrived at Two Chinachem Plaza, located at 135 Des Voeux Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information about the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. There was no information about the company on the directory inside the building.

Upon arriving at the target floor (14th floor), the field surveyor found no visible signage for ZAIX in the office area. Due to reasons such as lack of prior appointment, the surveyor was unable to enter the premises, take photos of the reception area or its logo, and confirmed that this office is not a shared workspace.

Others were asked but they expressed no knowledge, leading to the judgment that it was false. Through the glass door, as entry inside was not possible, the internal environment of the company and other conditions could not be observed.

Therefore, it is difficult to confirm the actual business operations of the broker ZAIX after the on-site inspection.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the forex broker ZAIX at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but failed to find any valid information such as the company name of the broker. This raises doubts about the authenticity of the broker's actual business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
