2. Login Page Does Not Exist

A user reported that since signing up on Baxia Markets and attempting to verify his personal information, he has never been able to access the login page. The site constantly shows that its under maintenance. He also commented that serious brokers fix such technical issues over a weekend, but in this case, the maintenance message has been displayed for more than two months, which raises red flags.

3. Poor Customer Service

Multiple users have complained that Baxia Markets‘ customer support is practically non-existent. One user said they never respond to emails or live chat. Another user shared a similar experience, stating that he tried live chat several times, but there were no operators available, and they didn’t respond via email or WhatsApp either.

Another user warned others that Baxia Markets does not respond to emails in a timely manner, particularly during withdrawal requests. This unresponsiveness leads to frustration and doubt during critical times.

5. Fake Reviews

One user accused the broker of posting fake positive reviews to mislead new clients. He shared his own negative experience: when trying to verify his account, he received an email asking him to upload his ID. After uploading it, he was later told it was approved, but his phone number verification failed. Despite repeatedly requesting the OTP code, he never received it. He concluded that this broker is a scam.
