According to the authority, CFX Fund (cfxfund.com, cfx-fund.com) is not registered with theAutorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and is not authorized to solicit investors in Québec. Other business names used: CFX Fund Management Ltd, CFX Fund Cyprus Ltd, CFX Fund UK Limited, CFX Fund PTY Ltd, CFXFund SEY Ltd, CFX Fund EE.
