I submit this formal complaint against VT Markets and its Introducing Broker, Mr. Safwan Bin Hasan, for unlawful denial of withdrawal and unfair trade practices. Evidence including emails, live chats, MT5 statements, and call/chat screenshots is attached. I met Mr. Safwan Bin Hasan at Money Expo, Mumbai, where he acted as an authorized IB of VT Markets. His contact numbers are +971527902640 and +971544820147. I traded under his IB reference. Losses of about USD 4,000 were accepted without objection. Only after profit and a withdrawal request did VT Markets allege external hedging without proof. Mr. Safwan later claimed the funds were with him but refused release after I contacted VT Markets directly. I seek immediate payment, written proof, and investigation. I reserve legal rights.
