In November, I deposited 14,000, and by December 1st, I had lost over 2,000. I withdrew 2,300 midway. On the 1st, they emailed me saying my account was banned and that they would close my backend in three days, requiring me to submit a video holding my ID within three days to apply for withdrawal. I followed their instructions and sent the video, but received no response for several days. When I contacted customer service, they confirmed receiving my video and said it would be processed. However, they kept delaying until the 4th, when they abruptly closed my backend, locking me out. I still had over 10,000 of my principal left inside. The platform's malicious act of withholding my principal is outright fraud.
