The platform claimed that my trading was in violation of their rules and deducted all my account profits. "After our team's review, your profits have been voided because the trading model you used violated our terms and conditions, specifically Clause 42.2(9), which concerns profiting from pricing errors and delays issued by liquidity providers." This is the absurd reason given by the platform. And can there be a pricing error of over ten dollars? My account orders had both gains and losses. When clients lose money on your platform, it's acceptable, but when they make money, it's a trading violation? I traded more than one product. The Lihui platform's behavior is rogue. My account profits were earned by taking enormous risks. I demand that Lihui Group return my legitimate profits and provide traders with a fair and just trading environment.
