First Incident: Severe Slippage Trading Account: 59770045 Trade Numbers: #522152165, #522154815 On the evening of July 16 around 8:00 PM, I placed two 0.3 lot long positions on gold near 2439. The market was stable and slowly rose to between 2443-2445, showing a floating profit of over $200. My trading style involves adjusting stop-loss orders when in profit; both orders had a stop loss set at 2442. After 8:30 PM, due to data releases, all profits were lost and my account was blown up, losing all my principal. I am furious!! I demand compensation for the two 0.3 lot positions that should have closed at the 2442 stop-loss price, plus the remaining $100+ in principal. I need a total compensation of $200-300 USD—calculate it accurately, Exness! Don't talk to me about market data releases or liquidity issues, or whether orders were dumped or not. Exness is notoriously known for disconnections and severe slippage! I didn't believe it when others said it until I experienced numerous similar incidents after opening this account a few months ago. Unfortunately, this severe slippage incident happened to me; last time it was an Exness disconnection! Second Incident: Disconnection Official customer service acknowledged a disconnection occurred and advised me to email an appeal, which I did. After waiting five days, they still refused compensation! The online customer service told me since I had profits, I shouldn’t fuss over the disconnection!! I have trade records and video evidence! Trading Account: 59770045 Personal Identification Code: 687289 Trade Numbers: #481715692, #481717543 This afternoon around 2:00 PM, the platform froze and I couldn’t log in for a long time. Not to mention the slippage, but freezing is especially frustrating! It prevented me from adjusting my trailing stop-loss according to the market drop. The market dropped to a low of 2322.527. I intended to move my stop-loss to 2323 based on the market fall. My demand is for trades to be executed at 2323 at the best price available, compensating two 0.2 lot positions totaling a loss of $80 USD. Attached are video recordings and trading logs as evidence. Summary: These two incidents of Exness disconnections and slippages have resulted in approximately $300-400 USD in lost profits from my account. I am extremely angry!! I strongly demand compensation!
