2024年12月30号，交易出现不正常导致出现大亏损，然后平台说调查，随后把账户冻结，提交的出金也到不了账，发邮件问平台只是回复关注邮件，一开始说调查完启动赔付后账户就正常了，这么长时间了也没动静，希望帮忙催促处理！
