I am trading in ETO and I am not allowed to withdraw money when I make a profit. They deleted my account after just sending an email. Now even the principal is not allowed to be withdrawn. They didn't process the withdrawal application before, but now the backend cleared my funds. When contacting customer service, there is only AI to leave a message. There is no real customer service. It is a black platform.
