I opened an account with the name Cao Fuming at platform Multibank Group, and submitted a withdrawal application in October, 2022. But the platform just told me to wait patiently by email, rather than returning the money. Then I made several applications, and they started to ignore my emails. Chinese customers can't withdraw their money.
