I have been contacting the online customer service and account manager for an urgent withdrawal as the money is badly needed to pay the balance for my house. I made a withdrawal application at 15:00, December 5, 2022 and kept urging them to refund the money at 22:00 for more than 10 times. So far I have received the money without getting any reply. I doubt that the platform deliberately ignored customer's problem for the previous slippage. According to the withdrawal information in recent three years, the money generally arrived within 4-5 hours. Since I asked the platform to compensate for the loss, they has been delaying withdrawal applications without any practical resolutions, although they promised to solve the problem as soon as possible.
