I trade at BT Market. I want to withdraw money, but I can't. The withdrawal order is still there.
I have an account at BT MARKET, deposit money to trade. Now if you want to withdraw money, the withdrawal order will be suspended from May 2, 2024. Currently ,the order is still suspended, the withdrawal order cannot be completed.
If your name is on Zalo, do not join the group called Investment Strategy Analysis led by Long Pham. There are acts of not allowing money to be withdrawn, and changing passwords on mt5, then burning accounts to take over. Attached a picture of this name on zalo (it may be a fake picture, but whoever sees this picture runs away, if you upload it, you will lose everything)
The exchange did not process the withdrawal order, waited more than 48 hours but still did not process it, the hotline staff only received information, could not process it, the exchange sent another support staff to contact them to force them to buy COTTON shares for confirmation. It is the account owner who processes the withdrawal order, otherwise the account will be HOLD. Apparently, the support staff reported that they had finished buying the shares and sold them immediately, only negative 0.01 USD, but when they just bought the shares The account was negative by more than 8k for that 1 stock, the support staff immediately turned off the phone, called back but no answer, calling the hotline again only received information. The next day, the exchange sent an email informing me that the withdrawal order was rejected. Contact the previous support staff (staff who give trading signals) and push each other. Surely you bought the wrong name of the stock - Why not buy another stock but buy the code COTTON, this code has high margin, .... The exchange deliberately plays tricks, draws up things to defraud investors of money.
Haven't been able to withdraw money for more than 2 days and then the money still doesn't come back.
Supports fired-back orders, causing customer accounts to burn. Leave customers overwhelmed with negative orders and blame the market. If customers request to withdraw money, they will use holiday reasons to prevent them from withdrawing money.
I trade at BTmarkets (portal.btmarkets.com) but the exchange does not process withdrawal orders. Require verification of the owner's account to approve the withdrawal order on the same day, by buying COTTON shares. As soon as the stock purchase transaction is completed, the account becomes negative. The exchange then responded with an email stating that the withdrawal order was rejected.
Please note that this is a very sophisticated and professional scam exchange!!! Their tricks are as follows: 1. They lure victims into Zalo groups, which are very active. Every day, people post orders and report profits, but if you are observant, you will realize that these are fake groups because the participants are all fake accounts with no real avatars. After the group admin posts an article, they will receive hundreds of likes in a few seconds, which is a like boosting tool. 2. As long as the victims intend to deposit money, they will continuously entice them with various tricks, such as being able to deposit into a bonus 100% exchange or receiving additional gifts like gold, 1 tael of gold, 2 taels of gold (no international exchange would give away gold like this) 3. They will guide the victims in trading and, especially, they will never instruct them to set a stop loss to protect their accounts. The victims' accounts burn quickly, and then they are enticed to deposit more. 4. They use their own codes on the exchange to manipulate prices and burn the victims' accounts. For example: ITA20 code 5. After the accounts are burned, they will lure the victims to deposit more, and sometimes they even use their own money to help them deposit.
BT Market does not approve the withdrawal order. I called hotline 1900299226 and they told me to wait and it cannot be resolved.
A group of players enticed others to deposit $500 through the website https://portal.btmarkets.com/ but I don't want to deposit, and they cursed and kicked me out of the group! If it's good, then play on your own, why do you have to broker orders. If it's good, then they would have joined as well.
At first, I deposited 2k USD. Initially, because I didn't know, I entered orders myself, leading to a negative account balance. The support suggested adding more capital to save the account. I added an additional 2.4k. After 2 days, it increased to 4.5k. From there, the support advised me to place counter-trend orders, leading to a negative account balance. Then they requested additional funds to save the account. I accepted losing 4.4k USD (over 100 million).
Before that, I traded on mt5 at the exchange, with good profits, I traded the code wig10 to make a profit, could the exchange really cheat on price adjustment on mt5, causing me losses; and then this bt exchange locked the wig10 code from allowing orders to be placed; On April 23, 2024, while I was trading normally, btmarkets locked my account so I could not trade. There was no prior response from the exchange, and when I sent a feedback email and called the switchboard, the staff on duty attitude; I texted the staff and didn't respond, then my attitude also removed me from the signal group. When I lost, the exchange benefited, and then blocked trading of the code wig10; and on April 23, 2024, while trading normally, the exchange locked my mt5 account and prevented me from trading; The floor shows signs of defrauding customers; Customers bear the loss, the floor is not transparent. I have 2 mt5 accounts at the exchange and have deposited $6500; When I trade these 2 accounts well with code wig10 and have good profits, the exchange blocks them from trading. I will sue the authorities, police, and financial institutions about the exchange's interference and dishonesty. The customer's losses will benefit the floor and the customer will bear the loss; when the floor does not resolve the damage for the customer, me. Then I will sue until the end to get justice for traders, and when there is no transparency, I will denounce it to let the community know about the nature of the exchange and will no longer have a place to operate in Vietnam.
BT Markets Exchange has tempted me to deposit a large amount of money and lured me into trading a suspicious index called Ita20, and manipulated this index to burn my account.
I was introduced by a salesperson to invest in BT markets with a 2000USD account. I was given a signal by a 1:1 consultant. But I lost more than 1000 USD. When I wanted to withdraw the remaining amount, the consultant asked me to verify my account by entering a Buy WHEAT order of 0.1 quantity. I did and my account was destroyed. I request BT markets to compensate me.
I opened an account and traded at BT MARKET. Deposited 3 times, each time 1000 USD, total 3000 USD. Now I want to withdraw 1000 USD, but I can't withdraw it. Placed a withdrawal order from May 2, 2024, but the withdrawal order is still suspended. cannot be performed. When I asked the support staff, he said there wasn't enough trading volume, he had to place a larger volume, and was forced to buy more stocks. Otherwise, you cannot withdraw money. Called the customer service center and was told to wait for verification. Now I'm very confused, because for me, that amount of money is very large. I worked hard to earn it, and so I owe it.
I opened an account at BT Markets, ID: 311574. I made a withdrawal order of $1,348 but the floor did not approve it. Calling the hotline, they only receive and notify the relevant department to process, then a staff member calls (0598400623) to report. is a support staff of the exchange (named Tien Thanh), informed me that I need to confirm the owner's account = and how to buy a stock code, then the exchange will process the withdrawal order, the first time I did not buy, and after a waiting period According to the exchange's regulations, it is 48 hours, but the exchange still does not process my withdrawal order. I contacted the signal support specialist in the Group (when I entered the exchange, I contacted this specialist to deposit money and transactions) to ask for assistance in checking my account, he said he had already reported it to the police department, and my account was suspected to be an intermediary account and buying stocks to verify the owner's account was of course necessary. , then when the support staff of the exchange called back to confirm the owner's account, I followed the request and bought COTTON shares. When I just bought 1 COTTON share, my account status changed to NEGATIVE $6,999. At that time, the support staff also hung up. I called immediately but did not answer the phone. I reported the incident via the exchange's hotline, but it was just receiving and transferring information, without a specific time for me to process it. The following days I called the hotline again and received the same answer as before, "waiting for the relevant department to handle it". I texted the support specialist and the signal support staff (Khanh An) informing me that I was scammed, but they said no one was scamming anyone (I didn't get scammed, so I don't have to write these lines). and I was also removed from the signal-receiving group. I have proof of the call from the support staff (Tien Thanh) instructing me to buy COTTON shares and related evidence.
