WikiFX has launched the “Inside the Elite” Interview Series, featuring outstanding members of the newly formed Elite Committee. During the committees first offline gathering in Dubai, we conducted exclusive interviews and gained deeper insights into regional market dynamics and industry developments. Through this series, WikiFX aims to highlight the voices of professionals who are shaping the future of forex trading — from education and compliance to risk control, technology, and trader empowerment.
This interview features Narinpat Sittivongseth. As an Introducing Broker (IB) with 25 years of Forex trading experience and 15 years in Forex education, he believes that integrity and transparency are paramount. His teams commitment to proper education enables traders to achieve sustainable growth.
Q1: What value do you think WikiFXs products and services bring to investors in helping them achieve safe trading and effective risk control?
A: I see WikiFX as a crucial tool for enhancing transparency. Many traders we engage with face challenges such as opaque market practices and unduly complex trading technologies. As a leading third-party information platform in the industry, WikiFX serves a supervisory function over brokers, assisting traders in selecting reliable counterparts.
Q2: What do you think is the most prominent “trading safety” risk in todays global forex market? From an industry perspective, how can we build a safer and more reliable trading environment to enhance investor trust?
A: The most concerning issue is dishonest brokers. They engage in malpractices such as providing inaccurate pricing—where the actual market price differs significantly from the price they quote—along with creating unnecessary difficulties for deposits and withdrawals, sometimes even blocking fund withdrawals entirely. WikiFX plays a vital role in helping investors filter for compliant brokers by integrating multi-dimensional data, offering valuable user reviews, providing real-time risk alerts, and exposing client complaints.
Q3: As competition in the forex market becomes increasingly intense, how do you think the industry can achieve sustainable development?
A: While competition exists across all aspects of the business, we compete on quality, not on price. The key questions are: Who delivers the highest quality and upholds the strongest ethics? Who can achieve the most sustainable growth? By prioritizing quality over profits, a business is positioned for long-term, sustained growth.
Q4: As a member of the Elite Committee, what responsibilities do you expect to take on within the club in the future?
A: As a member of the Elite Committee, I believe that through high-quality exchanges, we can build a better trading community. This involves sharing information internationally—for instance, verifying if a broker has had compliance issues in a specific region—to provide investors with more reliable references. This facilitates faster learning and quicker data sharing. Ultimately, this will enable us to create a better, diverse community where brokers, investors, and all of us can achieve a win-win situation.
