Account Opening Process

The account opening process for financial futures clients at Pioneer Futures is somewhat complex, as clients must meet several requirements regarding capital, trading experience, and qualifications, particularly for document verification for institutional investors.

• Capital and Trading Requirements: Applicants must maintain a minimum balance of RMB 500,000 in their margin account and possess basic knowledge of stock index futures. Additionally, clients must meet certain requirements for simulated or actual trading records.
• Integrity and Compliance Check: Clients must not have serious integrity issues and must comply with the laws and regulations related to stock index futures trading.
• Requirements for Individual and Institutional Investors:
• Individual Investors: The futures company conducts a comprehensive assessment of the investors investment experience, financial status, and integrity. If the assessment score is insufficient, the account cannot be opened.
• Institutional Investors: Institutions must designate a person to participate in the stock index exam and provide internal control and risk management documentation related to financial futures trading.
• Document Submission: Individual investors must submit their ID and a bank card from a designated settlement bank. Institutional investors need to provide original and stamped copies of their business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, ID of the legal representative, and relevant authorization documents.

Pioneer Futures provides traders with a variety of quotes and trading software, including the Pioneer Futures - Bo Yi Yun Trading Version (which supports options trading), Pioneer Futures - Wen Hua HD Version of Futures Order Software (WH6), Pioneer Futures - Flush Futures Pass, Pioneer Futures - Fast Futures Trading New Generation (with quotes), Pioneer Futures - Swift Win Intelligent Trading Terminal, and the Pioneer Futures - Fast Futures Trading Terminal.

For mobile trading, the primary app is the Pioneer Futures APP.

Deposit and Withdrawal

Pioneer Futures supports traders in depositing and withdrawing funds to and from their accounts through Bank Futures Transfer.

The maximum number of withdrawals per day is 6, with a withdrawal ratio of 99% of available funds. No withdrawal is allowed for same-day closing profits. The maximum single withdrawal limit is 1 million Yuan, and the total daily withdrawal limit is 5 million Yuan.

Non-bank traders can transfer funds to Pioneer Futures' margin account through bank counters, online banking, ATMs, and other methods.
