Engaging with PT. Central Capital Futures as a trading platform was quite the experience. The key highlight for me was the top-notch trading platform that they offered. I appreciated the fact that they were dedicated in helping me succeed, with equally low spread commissions and a separate account to retain margins which definitely brought peace of mind. Yet, along with being efficient, trading required caution because of the quick pace at which information and technology moved in this industry.

The only issue is that their platform can sometimes be slow, especially during market peaks.

My first impression on this platform is unprofessional, everything… can I get it? Poor website design, poor customer support, poor trading conditions… I will not choose this broker, and I also recommend you not to trade with it.

I've used Central Capital Futures as a trading platform, and my experience has been a bit frustrating lately. I tried depositing funds into my account via the Bitcoin network, following their provided BTC address. I made two separate payments, one for $2000 and another for $368.94. However, only the $2000 reflected in my account. When I reached out to them, they requested evidence including recipient and sender addresses, hash ID, date, and time. I provided all the requested information promptly. Despite this, I haven't received any resolution on the same day. They mentioned I should receive a refund link within a week, but it's been a week and I haven't received anything yet. Still fighting to get my funds back.

I’m so curious will someone choose this broker for trading? Their spreads (3 pips) and commissions ($50/lot) are so high, it's horrible! How can you make money with such poor trading conditions?
