They claimed that their liquidity provider struggled to accommodate the trading volume of my account, even though I adhered to their trading policies and didn't engage in any abusive behavior. They proposed a substitute solution by creating a new account with institutional pricing and execution, focusing solely on major currency pairs for my trading needs. I was shocked and confused by this decision, as I never received any warnings or feedback regarding my trading activities. I had no idea what kind of trading activities they wanted me to avoid or what criteria they were using to assess my account. Despite my attempts to reach out to them via email and chat, they never responded or addressed my concerns.

HCapitalForex has been a bit of a struggle for me. The margin levels kept swinging without the platform stepping in, and there were some issues that just left me scratching my head.
