Two days ago, I placed a trade, but when I attempted to close it, the app server went down, preventing me from doing so. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to close the trade, resulting in the liquidation of my entire account balance of 700 USDT. The app is now refusing to refund my loss, claiming it was due to a hacker attack. Since the issue was caused by their platform failure, they should compensate users for the lost funds.

لقد خسرت كل اموالي نتيجة عطب حدث اثناء تداولاتي والتي كانت سببا في خسارتي والمسؤلية تتحملها المنصة وحدها أريد تعويض كامل الأموال التي خسرتها بتاريخ 02/02/2025

توقف عمل المنصة فجأة وأنا أتداول مما أدى إلى خسارة جزء من أموالي و أظن أنه عمل احتيالي

انهم محتالون لقد سرقوا كل اموالي انا و فريقي بحجة انها كانت هجمة قراصنة، حصل الأمر بتاريخ 2 فبراير 2025. اطالب بتعويض كل ما سرقت منصة wealth engine مني و من فريقي.

حصل مشكل البارحة وخسرت اموالي اريد. التعويض لم يقبل اقفال الصفقة
