My account was mistakenly closed due to contradictory and misleading information provided directly by its customer service team regarding margin stop loss rules. Misleading behavior: Monaxa's customer service has clearly confirmed certain stop loss parameters, and I am managing my funds based on these parameters. However, my position was forced to close at a margin level of 27.39%, which contradicted their advice and resulted in an unfair loss of $454 for me. Refusal to cooperate: Despite providing conclusive evidence, including official chat records and MT5 server logs, Monaxa's compliance team refuses to take responsibility or return disputed funds. Current status: A formal regulatory complaint against Monaxa Ltd has been filed with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius.
