It's been 24 days and still no response, no deposit either. I've tried different channels but still no answers. Contacted chat support, waited for an hour, and all they said was they'll notify the technical team and I need to be patient... 24 days (and counting) with zero feedback...
Update: 36 days in, tried reaching out every day, still no response, just mechanical repeats...
