I recently encountered a system error on the MasterTrade forex trading platform. When I attempted to reach out to their support team, it took me 30 minutes to get through on the phone. I provided screenshots of the issue (consistent quoting at a certain price while the actual price was changing). Despite creating a ticket, they promised a response within 1-2 days but took a whole week to reply. To my disappointment, they didn't even bother to review the screenshots and instead shifted the blame onto me.
