First off, their fees for trading securities were way too steep for my liking. I mean, who wants to pay extra cash when there are plenty of other options out there with lower fees? Plus, their customer service was a total letdown. I reached out for help a few times and the reps just didn't seem to know what they were talking about. It was like they were reading off a script or something. So, needless to say, I decided to peace out pretty quickly and move on to another platform.
