Xenia is registered in Cayman Islands. I must say, I was a bit hesitant at first because I didn't know much about the regulations there. However, after some research and personal experience with their services, I find it nice investing with them. The registration location didn't really matter to me as long as they provide excellent services and comply with international regulations, which it definitely does.
