My advice is to do thorough research and compare multiple brokers before making a decision.

ACT Markets' platform quality is just subpar. Upgrading credit cards feels like a maze, not a breeze. Their support team seems clueless about fixing issues. Time is money, and I feel like I'm wasting both.
