I would say, CitiFX is definitely a great forex broker you should try, and I feel lucky that I chose it not long before. It provides generous leverage up to 1:500, quick order execution, helpful customer support. It won’t let you down!

I've been using this for a few months now, and overall, my experience has been pretty mixed. There are some good things about it, but also a few areas where it falls short compared to other exchanges out there. 😑

I've been trading on Citi Fx for a while and honestly, it's been a pretty bad experience. I've had issues with malicious slippage that completely disregards my stop loss orders, and the customer support doesn't seem to care about my concerns. It's really frustrating when you put in the effort to make good trades but end up losing money because of a technical issue.

No response to my call & mails. I like to know about my withdrawal status. Based on your above mail, already given time frame of 14 days completed, [SA1] but still no answer from you. Relationship manager not responding to call & message.
