I have tried 3 times since Jan to process a mere withdrawal of $6.17, I get emails that withdraw is approved yet no money arrives to my bank. Yet they claim after approval funds arrive 3 business days. Their customer service bot will not let you speak to anyone live to ask questions to. Your emails do not get any return response. This broker on trades as huge liquidity issues for Gold and Silver trades which depleted my account on MT4 .. Note this broker is NOT regulated.
