Their website is easy to navigate, and the prices are competitive compared to other precious metal dealers. The ordering process was straightforward, and my order was delivered in a timely manner.

I don’t understand its shipping costs, so I asked them for more than twice. The support guy who answered my questions became impatiently, and refused to answer my questions in the end. Two stars for what I got here.
