I placed a buy trade on the USDCHF pair on Frida night 20:41 UCT time. On the Shorter time frames, they moved the price down by around 66 pips while all other broker’s charts were up by about 66 pips. Umarkets seems to be preventing these long positions as it could be profitable for traders.

Terrible customer service. Umarkets claims that the service is 24/5, but from my experience, the response speed of customer service is usually very slow, and they don't seem to understand what I say. Can you hire some people who are professional to be the customer service of the foreign exchange company?

The website of umarkets looks very professional, but it lacks the most important thing: the regulatory license. A financial company without a regulatory license is not governed by the law and can commit crimes without punishment!
