Till now I did not get 100GBP. They insist to contact my bank but they never done transfer!

I'm quite satisfied with the website version, but I have to say the mobile application is shocking! It's extremely unstable; I find myself having to close and reopen it multiple times, and even then, it can still crash on its own! This issue really needs to be addressed urgently. Please fix it.
