My account has been blocked for more than one month, and I have been unable to access my client portal or withdraw my funds during this entire period. I deposited USD 6,000, and my current account balance is USD 9,134. Despite numerous emails and repeated attempts to contact the broker, I have received no meaningful response or explanation regarding the status of my funds. In addition, I have completely lost access to my client portal, and the live chat has blocked my ability to send messages, leaving me with no effective way to communicate with the company. I have fully complied with all verification and compliance requirements and submitted every document requested. I kindly ask WikiFX Mediation to contact ePlanet Brokers, help restore access to my account, and ensure that my withdrawal is processed without any further unnecessary delays.

I can no longer access or use my account, and the company does not respond to my emails or support requests. I am unable to withdraw either my original deposit or my trading profits. EPlanet has provided no clear explanation, evidence, or timeframe for resolving the issue. This situation appears to be an unlawful withholding of client funds and raises serious concerns about possible fraud. I demand the immediate restoration of access to my account and the full withdrawal of all funds belonging to me. I strongly warn potential clients not to deposit money with EPlanet until the company resolves this case and proves that client funds can be withdrawn safely.
