During the pandemic, it felt like they were capitalizing on the situation rather than demonstrating empathy or ethical responsibility.

Aberdeen Standard's trading platform offers a decent user interface, but lacks some intuitive features. Customer support is responsive but inconsistent, and execution speed varies.
