Hermes Market at least has got a quick responsive customer service team that helps us clients to resolve our issues with the broker more conveniently and in a satisfactory way.... Well done.

Unfortunately, their platform frequently down, customer service beyond woeful. I have been trading with this broker for three months, only to be told that we had exceeded the time limited on new applications and had to begin the process again. I hate their incompetence! Why they fool innocent clients like this?
