But, let's be real, their offshore status does give me the jitters about my money's safety. While I'm enjoying the trade, I'm also keeping one eye open, just in case.

I have been attempting for 11 days to have my funds released. I have submitted the necessary documentation. Initially after zero response I contacted customer service and the issue was elevated. Once again I am in the position of not receiving communication. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and quoting the work load as the cause for lousy customer service is an old and tired excuse that places the burden of their inadequacies on the customer.

i took a buy trade on NZDJPY on the 11/04/2023 when i checked a saw spike towards my stop loss however the same trade from my other three accounts went into profit only FXGG was closed. i suspect they have a deal desk to hunt stop losses.
