I mean, I must have repeated the same steps like ten times over, only to hit a dead end every single time. Sent them screenshots, explained my situation, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They claimed they couldn't find my "dormant" account, yet insisted on me going through the password reset circus. Couldn't give a straight answer on how my personal data got wiped or who did it. And get this, I get these account stats from Equiti but can't even log into the member area, let alone access my trading account. That's Equiti for you. Apart from their utterly useless support, they're all about cherry-picking the positive reviews while turning a blind eye to the negatives.
