He implied that I didn't know what I was talking about, making me seriously consider switching brokers. Subsequently, I submitted a withdrawal request to leave IBX, but it was not processed as promptly as they claimed. I had to follow up, and there was no apology or explanation – just a disappointing experience overall. No professionalism, just rubbish service.
