Not only was the process convoluted, it felt like waiting for the next Olympics to be announced. In one particular instance, I requested a withdrawal of my profits, and two weeks went by without any kind of response from them. By the time they did get back to me, the excuse was some vague nonsense about "technical difficulties." Funnily enough, depositing money was never subject to these technical disruptions!
