My previous feedback concerned my approved 1,118 USDT withdrawal, which I still have not received. Since then, Volurr has suspended my account and accused me of using multiple accounts and “stealing”, but has not provided any evidence or identified the specific rule I allegedly violated.
Volurr also claimed that my money had arrived. I requested the TXID/transaction hash to verify the transfer, but they did not provide it. I have still not received the 1,118 USDT.
