Field Survey Process

This issue's field survey team planned to visit the broker CLOUD in Hong Kong, according to public information, its office address is Room A, 12th Floor, ZJ 300, 300 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team started the field verification of CLOUD with a responsible attitude towards investors based on the above address.

Surveyors went to the Wan Chai area in Hong Kong and arrived at the ZJ 300 building. The company park and street environment of the building is poor. Outside the building, surveyors were able to clearly capture the entire building, but did not find any signs of CLOUD.

Surveyors successfully entered the building lobby, which was quite simple. When checking the lobby directory, they did not find the company name of CLOUD, thus could not get its location guide.

Surveyors went to the 12th floor and found the specific location of Room A. They could photograph the room from the outside but did not find any signs related to CLOUD or the company's logo in the building. Therefore, they could not confirm its operating status, let alone enter the company. Naturally, they couldn't photograph the reception area with the company's logo. After confirmation, the place is not a shared office, further proving that CLOUD does not actually conduct business here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker CLOUD does not have a real business premise.

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
