Its vision was to couple its two decades worth of investment banking experience and these family values to bring investors a professional trading platform. Regulatory Information

Type of Licenses: 

CySEC authorized MM License with regulatory address at: 11, Grigori Afxentiou Street, Imperio Centro Building, Office 301, 4003 Limassol. The inspection team went to the said address for site visit.

Inspection Process

The inspection team followed the regulatory address and arrived at an building at 11, Grigori Afxentiou Street. The building, named Imperio Centro, is quite new, and stands out on the street.  

The nameplates outside the building and in the lobby shows the logo of TrioMarkets, not EDR Financial.

To further confirm whether EDR Financial is working here, the inspection team went to the 3rd floor and found only a nameplate bearing TrioMarkets at the door of Office 301, but did not see any sign of EDR Financial. Then a staff member came out and the inspection team learned TrioMarkets is the trading name of EDR Financial Ltd.

Conclusion

The inspection team’s site visit confirms that there is an office place of EDR Financial LTD at the regulatory address, but the nameplate bearing TrioMarkets. It is learned  TrioMarkets is the trading name of EDR Financial Ltd. This session of Field Survey is presented as above.
